<p>Technological progress has become a very happy moment for almost all human beings everywhere. Various fields in any sector are areas that are greatly helped by the presence of technological advances. Although its presence also brings other consequences for certain fields, especially the field of human resources. This article conveys qualitatively that the education sector considers technological advances to be enjoyable for students, although not all of them feel this way due to economic limitations. In the global era, an institution will not be better if it does not open itself to the latest situations and conditions around it. In the digital era, updating all areas in an organization is a natural and mandatory thing for management and institutional leaders to do. Change is a dynamic thing, and this is bound to happen anywhere and to anyone, it cannot be avoided. This article aims to convey qualitatively descriptively that changes in the development process of an institution are normal and must be supported by all members, management and leaders of the organization. <p><em>One element that is important for business growth and operations is human resources. Human resources are the key to maximizing the potential of other resources in the development of a company. By making maximum use of company resources, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact on the company's development. PT Primafood International is a company operating in the retail and distribution industry. The purpose of this research is to find out how recruitment and training at PT Primafood International affects employee performance. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches. The sample in this research was 46 employees of PT Primafood International. The data used in this research was taken through observation techniques and interviews with different workers. One strategy to improve employee performance is to maximize the recruitment and training process. Based on observation, interview and survey findings at PT Primafood International, staff performance (Y) is positively influenced by recruitment (X1). The total average score for all questionnaire processing related to training is 3.65 which is classified as agree or very good (Y) regarding the training (X2) held. <p>One of the businesses that is starting to mushroom in Indonesia is the retail shop "Toko Madura", due to its location which is easily accessible to the public. Madura Store is one of the terms department store. To encourage the success of a business, service quality is one of the things that a business should pay attention to. Service quality will influence consumer behavior and loyalty in the future, and if the service provided is considered good, it will continue to improve. This research used quantitative methods involving 31 respondents who met once a week for one month. <p><em>This research aims to analyze and compare the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) between government banks and private banks in Indonesia in 2022. CSR is a company's commitment to contribute to sustainable economic development by paying attention to social and environmental responsibilities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, and analyzes annual reports and sustainability reports from several leading government and private banks in Indonesia. The research results show that there are significant differences in CSR implementation and reporting between government banks and private banks. Government banks tend to focus more on social programs and community development, while private banks place more emphasis on environmental aspects and business sustainability.
