Service Quality Improvement Strategy at Asco Izuzu Nginden Workshop Surabaya

Service quality is a critical factor determining customer satisfaction. According to initial data collection, customers of Asco Isuzu Nginden Workshop expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by the workshop. Based on this, the study was conducted with the aim of formulating strategies to enhance the service quality of the workshop. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method. The data were analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. The results of the study identified four strategies that can be implemented to improve service quality at Asco Isuzu Nginden Workshop. These four strategies include enhancing mechanic skills through training programs, recruiting new competent mechanics, optimizing spare parts inventory management, and establishing partnerships with additional suppliers to ensure the availability of spare parts. These findings can serve as a reference for Asco Isuzu Nginden Workshop to improve its service quality, as well as for future researchers who wish to explore the same topic with different subjects.

Internship in cooperative environments plays a crucial role in students' educational experience, providing opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world work contexts. This research explores the benefits and challenges of internships at Koperasi Kedai Merdeka Surabaya, focusing on the development of practical skills, business understanding, and the formation of professional attitudes. Through an analysis of internship tasks, as well as an evaluation of experiences and problem-solving encountered, it is found that internships in cooperatives not only provide opportunities for students to acquire administrative skills relevant to the workforce but also deepen understanding of business dynamics and organizational culture. Meanwhile, challenges such as adapting to new tasks are addressed with a spirit of learning and support from the cooperative team. In conclusion, internships in cooperatives provide a strong foundation for students to prepare for challenges in the workforce and achieve success in their future careers

The Effect of Capital and Credit Price on Pulse and Data Package Traders in East Surabaya (Wonokromo Subdistrict Case Study)

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the socio-economic characteristics, influence of capital, product value, amount of credit and sales volume on the profit and income of credit and data package sellers in Wonokromo District, East Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method with descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression. This research used a sample of 285 shops in Wonokrmo sub-district. Based on the research results, capital has a positive and significant influence on the income of credit and data package traders. Partial analysis shows significant results between the variables of business capital and package sales volume. Meanwhile, insignificant results can be seen between the price of products marketed and the amount of credit balance on the income of credit traders and data packages.

Analysis of Revenue Transaction Accounting Information System Implementation at Pt Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER)

PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) is present as one of the BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) companies in Surabaya which operates in the property sector, as the development and management of land/industrial areas in Indonesia, especially in the Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Pasuruan areas. PT SIER's main income comes from the property business sector which includes rental of industrial buildings and other supporting service businesses. To support administrative activities, PT SIER has an accounting information system, namely Excel, PT SIER to make it easier to record and report financial transactions, especially income transactions which are very important for business continuity. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of the revenue transaction accounting information system at PT SIER has facilitated a more efficient and accurate recording process. However, challenges arise when one money transfer is used to pay multiple types of rent at once. This can result in difficulties in determining the correct transaction category in accounting records, especially in ensuring that each income is recorded correctly according to its type.

This research aims to analyze the influence of employee motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Surabaya Acupuncture Clinic. This research uses a qualitative approach, where the researcher acts as the main research tool, carrying out an in-depth process of data collection, analysis and interpretation. The research was carried out using direct and active methods, which included interviews with employees to obtain relevant primary data, as well as systematic data processing and analysis. All stages of the research, from data collection to conclusion, were carried out carefully to ensure the accuracy of the results. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the factors that will influence employee performance and offer strategic recommendations to increase productivity and efficiency in the clinic

This researchis entitled the Confession and Measuring of Income Profit Sharing at Unit Usaha Syariah PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur. The objective of this research is to know of how is the confession and measuring of income profit sharing at Unit Usaha Syariah PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur and to know what is the base for the confession and measuring income profit sharing. The results of research show that the confession and measuring of income profit sharing at Unit Usaha Syariah PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur has been adjusted with the new PSAK concerning with Mudharabah and Musyarakah Accounting that is PSAK No. 105 and 106 of 2007.
